Order Processing

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if supported by the selected shipping method.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once the order has shipped. Delays may occur due to the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as indicated at checkout.

Customs, Taxes, and Other Applicable Charges for Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due upon delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery, and the customer will be responsible for them unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Taxes, and Other Applicable Charges for the United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, duties, and import charges. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. If taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be displayed before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery, and the customer will be responsible for them unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, additional import charges, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be due when your order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and/or the carrier, and the customer is responsible for paying them unless we expressly indicate at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid.

Order Tracking

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us. We will help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships. However, once an order is in transit, we can no longer modify it.

Refunds for canceled orders or delayed orders will be issued to the original payment method as promptly as possible, where applicable.
