Returns and Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Making an exchange or return is very simple. You can start return process here.

For returns, we will issue a coupon card with the same value of the returned product(s) "excluding the shipping fee" as soon as we receive the item(s).
For exchanges, please purchase the new item using the coupon, and we will ship the new size / color of your item(s). Please note this shipment is at the customer's charge. 

You can ship the item(s) back to us using your preferred post or courier service. Please note this shipment is at the customer's charge.

  1. 14-Day Withdrawal Period — You may request a withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the last item.
  2. Return Shipping Deadline — The item must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
  3. Coupon  Issue Timing — A coupon will be issued within 7 days after we receive the returned item.


OUR POLICY

Item(s) must be returned new and unused. Returns that are used, washed, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
 Please note this shipment is at the customer's charge. All items returned should indicate an return number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.


Please note that our made-to-order, custom made and bespoke products cannot be accepted for an exchange or return.
